SHIPPING POLICY

ProcessingPlease allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed (excluding custom orders). If multiple items are included in your order, they will be combine shipped unless specified otherwise.

RatesMost items ship free with a standard, economy shipping service. Items excluded from free shipping are noted as such. Shipping costs, if eligible, will be shown at check out. Larger items may require a preliminary shipping quote be completed before ordering.

Estimated Delivery Times- Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 7 business days. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

International shipping is not available at this time. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Would you like to make a return? 

Please contact us via our website contact form for a return request. We ask that you include your reason for return and the condition of your items in your initial request.

Return Window- We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your initial purchase date on regular store items. Custom and commissioned pieces are dealt with on a case by case basis and may not be eligible for return. Eligible items will be refunded in full minus return shipping costs if a return shipping label is provided by us.

 

Processing Time- Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Once received, please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed. Items that do not arrive in new condition or arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
