SHIPPING POLICY
Processing- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed (excluding custom orders). If multiple items are included in your order, they will be combine shipped unless specified otherwise.

Rates- Most items ship free with a standard, economy shipping service. Items excluded from free shipping are noted as such. Shipping costs, if eligible, will be shown at check out. Larger items may require a preliminary shipping quote be completed before ordering.

Estimated Delivery Times- Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 7 business days. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

International shipping is not available at this time.

RETURN POLICY
Would you like to make a return?
Please contact us via our website contact form for a return request. We ask that you include your reason for return and the condition of your items in your initial request.

Return Window- We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your initial purchase date on regular store items. Custom and commissioned pieces are dealt with on a case by case basis and may not be eligible for return. Eligible items will be refunded in full minus return shipping costs if a return shipping label is provided by us.
Processing Time- Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Once received, please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed. Items that do not arrive in new condition or arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
